The success of our YWP program is fueled by passionate individuals who inspire students to embrace a life of purpose. The staff consists of Student Leaders and a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of YWP Alumni and Community Leaders. All of our staff members are volunteers who lend their time to mentor our scholars and to facilitate the successful implimentation of our mission.
